WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that promotes healing. Reiki is done through gentle touch- the soothing energy flows from the hands of the practitioner into the client, promoting relaxation and helping to release tension.

 

What can Reiki help with?

 

Reiki transcends cultural and religious boundaries and is a gentle, yet powerful path to personal and spiritual growth. Reiki can have profound effects on health and well-being by balancing, cleansing, and renewing the energy system.

 

This can assist in physical, mental, or emotional healing, personal growth and development, and relationships at home and at work. Among other benefits, it can also complement and strengthen other therapies, help you find a solution to a specific problem, calm and relax yourself from stressful situations.

 

I am certified in Advanced Reiki Level 3 and have shared Reiki healing on retreats, in groups, and in one on one sessions for 3 years witnessing emotional, physical and spiritual healings throughout my practice.
