FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​

ARE YOUR RETREATS FOR WOMEN ONLY?  

Generally yes, if they specify Women’s in the title or description then it is women’s only. If you are a dude or you want to bring your guy along, contact me for more details. We are PEOPLE centered with a special place in our hearts for women’s events but we love supporting all.

DO I HAVE TO BE IN SHAPE FOR THE RETREATS?  

It depends on which retreat you are attending. Some of our retreats do include moderate or vigorous exercise, BUT all activities are ALWAYS optional on all retreats so if a retreat interests you, don’t let the physicality of it stop you. In addition, we always share tips on how to prepare for our retreats that have physical activity. Don’t let it stop you!

 

I’M FEELING OVERWHELMED BECAUSE I'VE NEVER TRAVELED BEFORE AND I WANT TO COME, BUT HOW DO I PLAN THE FLIGHTS, SHUTTLE, AND EVERYTHING ELSE IT WILL ENTAIL?

We got you, girl! For our international retreats we always have extra support, including staff to guide you through booking your flights, getting your passport, connecting with your shuttle and more. All you have to concern yourself with is deciding to put yourself first and show up- we will help guide you through the process and by the end you’ll be traveling buff and have no issue traveling on your own again!
